What made you join MICROS?:
I had worked with MICROS products previously, and I wanted to move from shift work to more regular working hours. MICROS could offer that stepping stone.
What’s the best part about working for MICROS?:
I love dealing with the customers. All of my roles during my working life have been focused on customer service. It also helps working with a great team and a great range of products.

Describe a typical day in your role:
As a support consultant, my role doesn’t only consist in resolving support cases – it is also about advising customers on the best way to use our systems. I also assist my colleagues out on the road.
What made you join MICROS?:
My husband was moving to Ireland, so I followed him!

Describe a typical day in your role:
Trying to find new ways for our customers to use our products. This means talking a lot with customers, seeing how their business is changing and finding the best fit for our solutions. It means a lot of time travelling across the region which is probably the best part of my job!
What made you join MICROS?:
Having worked for a number of years in hotels, I wanted to work for a company where I could travel and see the world – MICROS certainly gave me that.

Every day is different. Whether it is a different country or a different customer, there is always something new to learn and get excited about.
