OPERA Sales and Catering (S&C) leverages and expands the power of OPERA PMS to give your sales team access to the information they need to execute sales strategies and drive business growth. The flexible structure of OPERA S&C allows you to develop workflows to track business from prospecting and cold calling through to billing. Whether you have a small conference room or a large scale banqueting operation, OPERA S&C will give you real time data so you can spend more time with customers and less time with your computer.

Unlike other catering software, OPERA S&C is 100% integrated with OPERA PMS. As both modules reside in the same database, no interface is required to share information. From accounts,contacts, groups and events through to actual production data, the information resides in one system; OPERA. This means no duplication of data, greater accuracy and better information sharing across different departments.

As with OPERA PMS, OPERA S&C is also available as a multi-property deployment, meaning multiple hotels can reside within the same database. This gives you the ability to see account, contact and production information across all hotels from one system, as well as share function/event space availability across the multiple hotels.
